Gori Gori Peku, located across the hallway from our second floor dining room and chef’s counter, is an intimate Japanese whisky bar, housing a comprehensive selection of premium Japanese whisky. Seating in Gori Gori Peku is on a first-come first-served basis; we do not accept reservations.
We are open Tuesday through Sunday in our Japanese whisky bar, where we are serving whisky, cocktails, wine, sake, & more.
We are including a service fee on all checks at Gori Gori Peku. The amount is approximately twenty percent on most items and is capped below that if an item is more than one hundred dollars. Our staff is paid a living wage that is significantly more than prevailing minimum wages. There is no tip line on your bill. Your item cost, plus service fee, plus taxes, is intended to be your complete cost. Pursuant to Minnesota Statue Section 177.23, subdivision 9. This charge is not a gratuity for employee service.
